We launched an Internet business, underpinned by market research, brand image, and a promotional campaign to position it as the number one brand for online baby products.
Hi Baby was an startup business for newborn babies with a plan to offer a wide selection of gifts, clothes, toys and accessories over the Internet. Our brief was to take the business online, and go head-to-head with key competitors in this market sector. This included the design of the logo, strapline and key messages, website design and development and a website and media campaign to help establish the brand.
Our first task was to research the market and develop the brand, its attributes together with key messages, and we did that following our 360 brand management process. Following the completion of the logo and strapline, ‘little things for tiny people’, we prepared a website and e-commerce solution based on a WooCommerce platform. Social media platforms were at the centre of the promotional campaign, based on advertising and content in order to build a large list of followers and subscribers. Hi Baby started receiving orders on the first day of its launch and is now a well established Internet business and growing brand.

The brand became a success online, and very popular across social media based on our branding strategy which was highly targeted at its audience.
